Organizational Savvy

Leading change in a complex organization—i.e., working with and through others—takes deep knowledge about how the organization functions, within and across its various formal and informal groups. At its highest level, our programming in Organizational Savvy focuses on building understanding around the big picture of how change happens in an organization. Then we focus on building specific skills in the individual and team to assist in aligning different stakeholders, processes, and work to support change.  Specific programming might include: how to build and run a team, how to analyze formal and informal networks to support change, and how to leverage strategic communication principles to accelerate change.
