The Integrated Care Leadership Network

The Integrated Care Leadership Network (ICLN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to build healthier relationships between clinicians, students, patients, and the broader community to improve care across the healthcare continuum. We accomplish this through innovative learning exchanges and targeted training that provide a forum to build and apply skills fundamental to tackling healthcare’s toughest challenges.

ICLN offers innovative programming to build skills in five core leadership competencies that are foundational for professional excellence.  Our programs and materials were developed by leadership professionals who have spent years on the front lines of healthcare leading successful initiatives in change management, quality improvement, and leadership development at a wide variety of healthcare institutions.

ICLN is also a grassroots community of frontline clinicians, just like you. This is a place to ask questions, get answers and make friends. It’s a collegial, collaborative group of professionals with a common vision—a place of encouragement and growth where you can share your experiences, and learn from the experiences of others.

Become an ICLN Member today and see what a powerful, supportive leadership community can do for you.
